Supported Independent Living (SIL)

What is SIL?

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supervision or assistance with daily tasks to help people living with disabilities to live independently and develop their skills. SIL can include things such as assistance with cooking, cleaning and personal care.

SIL is generally suggested for people over the age of 18 who have significant support needs to live independently. Whilst SIL can be delivered in your own home, the NDIS generally suggest other more suitable supports instead, and SIL is normally reserved for those in a shared-living situation.

Please view our current SIL vacancies below.

If we don’t have anything suitable listed below, we are currently taking expressions of interest and would be happy to work with you to find something in the right location that meets your needs. Please get in touch to see how we can help you!
