Flourish Support Services is proud to announce we are now a Registered NDIS Provider. We can now officially provide our services to all NDIS participants, including those whose funding is agency managed.
This process has helped us re-evaluate our policies and procedures to ensure we are providing a high quality of care to all participants, as well as comply with all legislative requirements. We have also learnt more in-depth details of other forms of supports, we weren’t previously providing ourselves.
The registration process is time consuming, lengthy, expensive and rigorous but we can say with confidence we are even more knowledgeable and prepared to handle all aspects of disability services and the NDIS. This means the people we support can feel assured that the level of care we provide is extremely high and assessed against national standards.
With the approval of our registration, Flourish Support Services will also start to take expressions of interest for Supported Independent Living and Support Coordination. We hope this will be able to provide a bit more choice and flexibility to people living with disabilities.
Improved Choice & Control
Previously we were only able to provide our services to plan and self-managed participants of the NDIS. That means about 40% of people had limited choice in their service providers and were unable to choose us, as a trustworthy and caring provider of high quality disability supports.
With our approved registration, also comes the ability of people with NDIA managed funding to access our services. This greatly improves the ability of people to choose a provider with a people-centred approach to disability support.
