Although these aren’t completely unavailable for organisations who are not a registered NDIS provider, we chose to wait and ensure we could confirm we were meeting the highest standards before taking on these crucial roles.

Prior to our NDIS registration, we were restricted to serving only plan and self-managed participants. This limitation effectively restricted approximately 40% of the potential service recipients from availing themselves of our high-quality, empathetic care.
